Polishing machine for the application with machine and a hand applicator pad for manual application. Cotton cloths. Clean all tools in solvent.

Due to the risk of self-ignition , it is important that any sanding dust and oiled cloths are soaked in water and disposed of in a tightly closed container after use.

1. Clean the floor with a sloution of ¼ cup Wood Cleaner and 1½ gallons of water. See the Wood Cleaner instructions. Leave the floor to dry for at least 8 hours. The floor must be completely dry.
2. Apply a thin coat of Maintenance Paste onto 10-20 sq. ft. of floor at a time with a white polishing pad or cotton cloth. Use a floor machine to spread the Maintenance Paste over large areas.
3. Make sure that the Maintenance Paste is polished uniformly into the wood. Buff until wood appears saturated with a silk-matte finish. Apply more paste if necessary and continue to buff as necessary.
4. For a shinier, less matte finish, continue buffing with cotton cloths under a polishing pad. Stay off the surface for 4 hours. Do not expose the floor to water for 48 hours after finishing.
