Catalina Home manufactures all wool products under the highest quality standards possible. All Catalina Home wool carpets are made using the finest raw materials available. Throughout the entire manufacturing process Catalina regulates production to ensure finished carpet meets or exceeds all standards set for wool carpet.

Catalina Homewarrants our wool carpet against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

We warrant that our production carpet will match our selling samples within normal trade standards set for wool carpeting.

Wool fiber/yarn is a product of nature and as with all natural products, deviation in texture and color may occur from lot to lot.

Proper maintenance is required and will prolong the life of your wool carpet. Refer to our wool carpet care and maintenance information.

"Shedding" is a normal condition with newly installed wool carpeting and will dissipate with proper maintenance procedures.

Catalina Home wool carpets are intended for residential use only, a commercial environment is not recommended.

At no time will Catalina be liable for down time, lost wages for installation, trip charges, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Dealer waives all claim rights if cutting or installation is made on goods with visible defects.
